Post secondary education, preferably with a degree in tourism, hotel management or business administration.

Knowledge of the HKCAD cabin crew complement, training and testing requirements is preferable.

Proven ability to coach, motivate and lead subordinates.

Strong leadership skill and able to communicate effectively to people at all levels.

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is preferable

Right of abode in Hong Kong;

HKCEE standard or above with pass in English and Chinese;

Minimum height of 160cm;

Ability to speak, write, and read Putonghua (Chinese), Cantonese, and English fluently. Preference will
be given to candidates with additional language skills in other Chinese dialects and other languages;

An outgoing personality with the ability to cope with shift duties;

Successful short-listed candidates with be required to pass a medical assessment.
