Responsible for cabin crew performance & development including on-the-job coaching, developing and conducting performance appraisal and, facilitating career progression activities
Managing day-to-day cabin crew operations including briefing, station information, flight changes, crew welfare and other operational arrangements
Updating station, hotel and crew allowance information, and working closely with relevant parties to update operations manuals, safety and security requirements and reference guides.
Providing general support to crew members on day-to-day flight operations
Coordination for inflight catering and duty free products

Requirements:

Diploma/University graduate with 5 year airline supervisory experience
Previous cabin crew experience is a plus
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese & Mandarin
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and common computer software
Excellent people and communication skills
